Quote Your Client

To create a transparent and accurate quote, you should consider all costs associated with the project. This includes not only the cost of the product or service but also any additional costs that may arise. Be sure to mention in your quote that you have covered all possible expenses to avoid any surprises later.

Consider including the following points in your quote:

Delivery Fee

Include the delivery fee in your quote. This fee can range from R1650 upwards, depending on the delivery distance. Ask your sales representative for a quote.

Installation

Clearly state the cost of installation and make sure it is broken down for transparency. This should include labour costs and any equipment required for installation.

Consumables

Include any consumables required for the project, such as materials or equipment. Specify the costs associated with these consumables.

Certificate of Compliance (COC)

Mention the cost of obtaining a project compliance certificate. This is important for regulatory compliance (especially in the financial sector) as well as final payment.
